(Q) How Do I Start an Auction?
(A) Before you proceed to upload your work to the site, it is very important to read first our FAQ page (which can be clicked from the header bar) espescially with regards to the fees involved with setting up your auction. Now to start setting up your auction, click the "Sell" button on the header toolbar of the site. Then simply follow the step-by-step instructions indicated, starting with your chosen category where you deem your work should be placed. The second step will ask you if you want your work to be listed in a second category related to it (NOTE: currently, this feature is enabled in our site, and naturally it requires a fee, but as of now there are no fees to be charged with using this one. Anyways, from time to time we'll inform our members about the changes in payments and fees involved through our newsletters if you're subscribed, or you may simply read our updated FAQs on current changes on fees and other settings.) The third step asks for your item details -- this is where you should place the name of your item, and its description. The 4th step asks for your auction settings, and this is where you can upload pictures of your work to our site (again, please do read our FAQ regarding the fees involved, if in anyway you might wish to use our picture gallery wherein you can upload more images). Please do be very careful also in using the Feature Item section as some may also require fees(please read our FAQ for more details). The next step will ask for your shipping and payment options, while the last step shows you the preview of your auction with all your settings. |

Payments and Fees

(Q) My item for auction was already won, how would I be paid by the winner?
(A) All payment transactions are between the winning bidder and the seller. When your item is already won by a bidder, an email is sent to you with the details of the item and instructions on how to view the winners contact details and a link to it. If you have a PayPal account we suggest you enable the PayPal Direct Payment setting for faster and easier transactions. |
